The Crane School of Music Invites Adult Musicians to Join Campus Community Band
Campus Community Band at SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music Seeks New Members for 2019-20 Academic Year
Potsdam, NY (08/16/2019) — The Campus Community Band at SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music is seeking new members to join the ensemble for the 2019-20 academic year.
Adult musicians who play woodwinds, brass and percussion instruments are all welcome to join. No audition is required, and any musical skill, talent or interest is welcome.
The Campus Community Band rehearses every Tuesday evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m., when classes are in session. Rehearsals begin on Tuesday, Aug. 27, and are held in Bishop Hall Room C107. The purpose of the Campus Community Band is to explore a variety of member-selected music and original compositions in various instrumental combinations.
