SUNY Potsdam Honors 35 Retirees

The State University of New York at Potsdam Thanks 35 Employees for Years of Service to the College, Upon Their Retirements

Potsdam, NY (08/07/2018) — SUNY Potsdam honored 35 longtime employees upon their retirements earlier this spring. Together, the faculty and staff members had collectively dedicated an incredible 963 years of service to the institution.

"We are proud to recognize faculty and staff who have collectively devoted centuries of service to SUNY Potsdam. The campus is truly fortunate to have such dedicated, hard-working employees who every day strive to make a difference in the lives of our students," said President Dr. Kristin G. Esterberg.

The retirees represented every area of campus, from faculty to administration. All of the 2017-18 retirees were honored during a special ceremony during the annual Employee Recognition Breakfast, which also recognizes award recipients and honors employees reaching major employment milestones.
