Kristen Lopardo Inducted into SUNY Potsdam Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda

The SUNY Potsdam chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda, the international nontraditional student honor society, recently inducted 15 accomplished students into its ranks.

The Spring 2014 inductees included Kristen Lopardo of West Islip, NY, whose major is Childhood/Early Childhood Education.

Alpha Sigma Lambda is the international honor society chartered expressly for nontraditional students who are 24 years of age or older. SUNY Potsdam's Omicron Zeta chapter includes adult students who engage in balancing the responsibilities of home, family, career, community and education. Each spring semester, a number of nontraditional students who meet the national standards for student membership are inducted into this prestigious honor society.
