Jill Tamara Perttula Graduates from SUNY Potsdam

The State University of New York at Potsdam recognized more than 900 candidates for graduation during the College's 2014 Commencement celebrations.

Jill Tamara Perttula of Nepean, Ontario, graduated with distinction from SUNY Potsdam with a master's degree in Literacy Specialization.
