Emily Wilkins Graduates from SUNY Potsdam

The State University of New York at Potsdam recognized more than 900 candidates for graduation during the College's 2014 Commencement celebrations.

Emily Wilkins of Massena, NY, graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a master's degree in Special Education.
