Crane School of Music Students to Premiere Three New Operatic Works

Students at SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will have the opportunity to premiere the three winning operatic works of the Domenic J. Pellicciotti Opera Composition Prize next week.

The student cast and crew will be able to meet the composers and librettists of the three winning works, "A Letter to East 11th Street," "In a Mirror, Darkly," and "The Fox and the Pomegranate." Performances are from Thursday, Nov. 13 to Saturday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater at The Crane School of Music.

The cast and crew includes Nicholas Roehler of Allentown, PA, who is a rehearsal pianist for all three operatic works.
